What is your response time?
We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours. For urgent matters, our WhatsApp service is available 24/7.
Which languages do you speak?
We are fluent in French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us in the language you're most comfortable with.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM. Arrangements can be made upon request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days, 50% refund. Less than 14 days, no refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How does the security deposit work?
The €500 security deposit is charged at booking and refunded to the same payment method within 7 days after check-out if no damage is found. The deposit may be partially or fully retained in case of: material damage, missing items, excessive cleaning needed, house rules violations. If damage costs exceed the deposit amount, an additional invoice will be issued to cover all repairs.
What should I do in case of emergency during my stay?
An emergency number will be provided upon your arrival for any urgent situation during your stay.
What are the house rules?
For everyone's comfort, certain rules must be followed: pets are not allowed, parties are prohibited, trash must be disposed of and dishes must be cleaned before departure. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
