Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply: 'Owner': the owner of Casa Bonheur, 'Guest': the person making the booking, 'Stay': the rental period.
Booking Process
The booking becomes final after payment of the 30% deposit and written confirmation from the owner. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Payment and Deposit
The payment consists of two parts: (1) The rental amount and fees, to be paid at the time of booking. (2) A security deposit of €500, also charged at booking. This deposit will be automatically refunded within 7 days after your departure, subject to no damage and compliance with the house rules. The deposit ensures the protection of the property and compliance with house rules.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund.
Llegada y salida
Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM. Any request for different timing must be submitted to the host in advance. These requests may be denied, especially in case of new booking the same day or without valid justification. Any late departure not authorized will be charged as an additional day.
Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to: use the premises peacefully, respect the neighborhood, not organize parties, not smoke indoors, immediately report any damage.
Owner Obligations
The owner commits to: provide accommodation as described, ensure peaceful enjoyment, respond quickly to technical issues.
Liability and Damages
By making the reservation, the guest commits to taking care of the property and its contents. They are fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The €500 security deposit will be used to cover potential damages. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest expressly agrees to pay the difference. This liability extends to degradation, breakage, or significant violation of house rules.
Disputes
In case of dispute, parties will try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the villa's location.
